Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order for any full-sized fragrance bottle before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Typically, orders are processed within 2-4 hours of being placed.

To cancel an order, please visit your account dashboard or contact our customer support team at support@jimmyswhiskey.com as soon as possible.

Membership Refill Cancellation

Refill requests can be cancelled within 1 hour of the request being made. Since refills are part of your membership benefits and are processed quickly, we cannot accept cancellations once the fulfillment process has started.

Membership Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Jimmy's Whiskey Elite Membership at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused refills or early cancellation.

Refund on Cancellation

For orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Right to Cancel

Jimmy's Whiskey reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
